Eat At Your Own Risk
The hot wings being sold at Jake Melnick's Corner Tap in Chicago are hot. Really hot. In fact, they are so hot that when you order them, you have to sign a waiver releasing the tavern from responsibility for any injuries you may suffer from having eaten them. These wings, made from Red Savina peppers—which are the hottest in the world—also come with a bell, so you can get sour cream and bread when you need it.
